108. SLOW COLOR OR BLEACH DEVELOPMENT LOW TEMPERATURE

PROBLEM: On cold mornings tint or bleach may take longer than usual to develop.

CAUSE: Cold retards action. Heat speeds action.

SOLUTION: When storing overnight, be sure that the tint you wish to
use in the morning is kept away from extreme cold.
